We use tailor-fit assessment tools to evaluate each resident’s capabilities and strengths, so the program can best meet their specific needs.

Whether your loved one requires some help with the activities of daily living (ADLs) or is living with the effects of dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, our dedicated staff takes great pride in delivering high-quality care that is compassionate, safe, and resident-centered. We offer many enriching activities and wellness classes for all levels of fitness and cognitive ability.

The staff at Keepsake Village of Columbus includes a Medical Director, Executive Director, RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and a Certified Memory Care Activity Director. Upon admission, each resident is assessed individually, and we care plan on a person-centered care model. Our licensed nursing staff handles all medications. Our warm and experienced staff are here to assist residents with all of their needs.
