Our highly experienced Chef creates three delicious home-style meals a day and offers a variety of options for our community to enjoy. Our menu also features Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and St. Patrick’s Day meals. Our kitchen staff is also always happy to take meal or recipe suggestions from our residents.

We use tailor-fit assessment tools to evaluate each resident’s capabilities and strengths, so the program can best meet their specific needs.

The effectiveness and success of our SPARK® program for Assisted Living & Memory Care Residents is based on 4 foundational pillars.

During the admission process, each resident is assessed by a nurse to create an appropriate plan of care designed to meet all of their needs. In conjunction with the resident’s family and physician, we develop and review a service plan to ensure their safety and well-being.

If medication is needed, our health service director and resident care coordinator work with the resident’s physician to ensure proper prescription management. Our staff works closely with the medical team to help monitor and adjust medication as needed. Assessments are done every six months to ensure your loved one’s needs are always met.

Martin Crest offers spacious and attractive accommodations for those in memory care and assisted living. Some of our living spaces provide views and direct access to a beautiful courtyard.
