About The Oaks at Lebanon
Levels of Care: Independent Living, Assisted Living
The Oaks at Lebanon is a premier Assisted Living and Independent Living community in the Lebanon area that serves Lebanon, Corvallis, Eugene, Albany, Brownsville, Sweet Home, Halsey, Jefferson, Stayton, and Turner.
The area offers residents and visitors a wide array of shopping and entertainment venues, such as the Strawberry festival, McDowell Creek Falls, Linn County Arts Guild Gifts and Gallery, and many other fun opportunities at local Artisan restaurants, breweries, and local farmer’s markets. Recreation options also include Build Lebanon Walking Trails, and visiting the City that Friendliness Built monument.
We take great pride in the reputation that our team has earned for delivering highly personalized Assisted Living and Independent Living services designed to meet our residents’ physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
Before residents move to our Lebanon property, customized assessments are completed so individual care plans can be created. Our community of highly trained medical professionals, including EDs and RNs, develop plans and are hired not only for their professional skills, but also for their compassionate and warm personalities. With an executive director who has guided us for over three decades, our staff provides genuine care for residents who love to engage in life and have a lot of fun!
Assisted Living and Independent Living Community in Lebanon, OR
Built in 1989, our beautiful property is consistently and meticulously maintained to provide our residents with a fun, engaging, and warm community that they can call home. We feature only private rooms with corresponding private bathrooms and individual climate control to ensure our residents have all the privacy and comfort they require.
At The Oaks at Lebanon, we love food and create lots of new, exciting recipes for our residents to try. We’re specifically famous for our homestyle recipes. We also host a fish fry on Friday and serve delicious dinners all year long, but especially during the holidays when prime rib and salmon are the main entrees.
Our team likes to make sure that residents feel welcome and taken care of, so we take extra care to provide clean white linens, white dishes, elegant glassware, cutlery rolled napkins, and flowers on the table for a more upscale ambiance.
Frontier’s Award-Winning SPARK™ Program
The friendly and compassionate staff at The Oaks at Lebanon is proud to offer our Assisted Living and Independent Living residents the award-winning SPARK™ program.
SPARK was inspired by the teachings and research of Maria Montessori and Dr. Cameron Camp and provides meaningful and life-enhancing experiences for members of our Assisted Living and Independent Living communities.
Our unique program engages our residents with proven strategies that strive to heighten interaction, optimize cognitive skills as well as promote a sense of purpose and accomplishment. We use tailor-fit assessment tools to evaluate each resident’s capabilities and strengths, so the program can best meet their specific needs. Residents are encouraged to participate in a wide range of activities based on their personal interests and abilities.
From art therapy to arts and crafts, baking classes, bingo, Book Club, car shows, carnivals, cocktail classes, coloring day, cooking classes, and crazy hat day, SPARK has something for everyone to enjoy!
Other activities include dress up day, family movie night, group exercise classes, happy hours, holiday celebrations, ice cream socials, lunch outings, manicures and pedicures, mass services, Men’s Club, musical performances, National Food Day celebrations, painting day, parades, pet therapy, pizza parties, resident birthday parties, root beer float party, tea parties, tie-dying events, Veteran’s ceremonies, and Women’s Group.
In addition, through our SPARK program, some of our residents have participated in other fun activities such as “mocktail making” – a moonshine cocktail event, in addition to sharing in other community marketing events, and helping with our newsletter.
