About Auberge at Brookfield
The Auberge at Brookfield is a stand-alone Memory Care community that provides exceptional services to seniors. Our caregiving staff consists of Dementia care experts offering care for individuals from mild cognitive impairment through significant dementia including end of life support.
Located in the heart of Waukesha County, our community is nestled within a quiet, safe neighborhood. Whether your loved one is moving in from Milwaukee, Brookfield, Lake Country, or anywhere else, your loved one will feel right at home at The Auberge at Brookfield.
We understand a memory-illness diagnosis is trying on a family and their loved one. That’s why ensuring every aspect of our professional care team eases the tension associated with Alzheimer’s and Dementia will always be our top priority. We want your loved one to feel safe and happy, and we want your family to relax knowing they are taken care of.
Our award-winning SPARK activity program is the heart of our resident’s engagement during their stay with us. This program’s four pillars are Community Contribution, Inclusion & Belonging, Lifelong Learning, and Purpose. Everything your loved one does at The Auberge is rooted in these essential aspects of a life well-lived.
They will experience the SPARK for themselves when they attend a monthly town hall meeting, engage in a procedural learning exercise, or simply enjoy a social happy hour. Additionally, our caregivers keep residents engaged in the broader community with things like regular outings, church services, and pen pal groups.
We believe your loved one’s experience in a memory care community should be enjoyable and purposeful. Schedule a consultation with an Auberge representative today to see the community’s magic yourself!
