Health & Wellness Services



Whether your loved one requires some help with the activities of daily living (ADLs) or is living with the effects of dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, our dedicated staff at The Auberge at Vintage Lake takes great pride in delivering high-quality care that is compassionate, safe, and resident-centered. Our services are designed to meet our residents’ physical, emotional and spiritual needs 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Every resident goes through a customized assessment before moving into the community. Individual care plans are created, with 14-day, 30-day, and annual evaluations. On staff, we have our Medical Director and our skilled nursing staff with LVN and CNA designations. We manage and schedule all resident’s medications.

Our residents of The Auberge at Vintage Lake enjoy a safe environment with comfortable amenities and compassionate care. Our property features three different room types and three spacious floor plans from studio to 2-bedroom plans. All rooms have self-contained heating and cooling systems and large windows for natural light. All rooms are ADA accessible. Rooms have kitchenettes, refrigerators and have modern, uplifting décor. The common spaces are welcoming and inviting with plenty of seating to encourage conversations. For small family gatherings, we have a private dining room.
At The Auberge at Vintage Lake, all residents have access to a variety of amenities designed to enhance their health, comfort, and enjoyment! Utilize the spa and salon, housekeeping and linen services, library, scheduled transportation, barber shop, bistro, tranquil outdoor spaces and activity rooms and other amenities.
Food and dining experiences are extremely well-received in our community. Our chef-prepared dishes, which include mid-western favorites, are prepared with the freshest ingredients. There are always special menu options available for residents with dietary or personal restrictions. Raquel Medina
Executive Director
Raquel Medina’s career to care for seniors with Alzheimer’s and Dementia began in 2010 when she decided to fulfill her passion to serve the elderly population. She has worked various positions in the industry and in 2016 she was given the opportunity as an Interim Executive Director that turned into a permanent Executive Director role. With this she brings over 11 years’ experience. Raquel enjoys traveling and riding motorcycles with her husband of 24 years and together they have 2 daughters, 1 son, 1 grandson and a granddaughter. Family is important to Raquel and has noted, she couldn’t be happier with what she does for a living. The passion she has caring for seniors and their families is a profession that never stops giving and has been rewarding to her life in more ways than one.
