The Auberge at Vintage Lake (formally known as Silverado Vintage Lake Memory Care) is a premier Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Houston that serves Montgomery and Harris counties, including the additional communities of Spring, Westfield, Klein, The Woodlands, Jersey Village, Cypress, Tomball, Magnolia, Pinehurst, and Conroe.
For residents and visitors to the Houston area, there is no shortage of things to do and places to see. Whether your loved one requires some help with the activities of daily living (ADLs) or is living with the effects of dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, our dedicated staff takes great pride in delivering high-quality care that is compassionate, safe, and resident-centered. Our services are designed to meet our residents’ physical, emotional and spiritual needs 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Every resident goes through a customized assessment before moving into the community. Individual care plans are created, with 14-day, 30-day, and annual evaluations. On staff, we have our Medical Director and our skilled nursing staff with LVN and CNA designations. We manage and schedule all resident’s medications.
Assisted Living and Memory Care Community in Houston, TX
Built in 2014, our residents enjoy a safe environment with comfortable amenities and compassionate care. Our property features three different room types and three spacious floor plans. All rooms have self-contained heating and cooling systems and large windows for natural light. All rooms are ADA accessible.
Our common spaces are welcoming and inviting. Each room encourages social interaction and engagement. We have a theatre room and café area plus an exercise room. For small family gatherings, we have a private dining room.
Dining and gathering around the table are an important part of life. Our Executive Chef makes dining at Vintage Lake a memorable experience for residents and families visiting. We offer a wide range of restaurant-style options, with three meal times and snacks served throughout the day.
A few of our resident’s favorite meals are Salisbury steak, lemon pepper chicken, and meatloaf. Waffles with fruit topping are a delicious and popular breakfast. Tables are set before each meal, and residents can help prepare for mealtime.

SPARK was inspired by the teachings and research of Maria Montessori and Dr. Cameron Camp and provides meaningful and life-enhancing experiences for members of our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.
Our unique program engages our residents with proven strategies that strive to heighten interaction, optimize cognitive skills as well as promote a sense of purpose and accomplishment. We use tailor-fit assessment tools to evaluate each resident’s capabilities and strengths, so the program can best meet their specific needs. Residents are encouraged to participate in a wide range of activities based on their interests and abilities.

Raquel Medina’s career to care for seniors with Alzheimer’s and Dementia began in 2010 when she decided to fulfill her passion to serve the elderly population. She has worked various positions in the industry and in 2016 she was given the opportunity as an Interim Executive Director that turned into a permanent Executive Director role. With this she brings over 10 years’ experience. Raquel enjoys traveling and riding motorcycles with her husband of 22 years and together they have 2 daughters, 1 son, 1 grandson and a granddaughter. Family is important to Raquel and has noted, she couldn’t be happier with what she does for a living. The passion she has caring for seniors and their families is a profession that never stops giving and has been rewarding to her life.Contact Raquel
