Health & Wellness Services

Whether you or your loved one requires some help with the activities of daily living (ADLs), or is living with the effects of dementia or Alzheimer’s disease our dedicated staff works hard to deliver high-quality health and wellness services that are compassionate, safe, and resident-centered. Our services are designed to meet our residents’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The staff at The Reserve at Amarillo includes an experienced Medical Director, Registered Nurse, Certified Dementia Practitioners, and a Certified Food Service Manager. All our residents receive an initial and regular ongoing assessment by a Registered Nurse. Our Registered Nurse reviews medications with physicians, home health, and Hospice nurses to ensure each resident’s medication matches their needs. Medications are then given by Medication Techs according to the prescribed orders. Our medical experts take every measure to provide the highest quality of care.

Accommodations & Amenities

The Reserve at Amarillo has spacious apartments with private bathrooms. We also have beautiful common rooms for residents and visitors to enjoy, including a library, sun room, garden room, four TV rooms, and a kitchen for resident and family use. Our community is located in the Colonies neighborhood that is quite and conveniently located to shopping and medial facilities.
