Greg has worked in the senior housing industry at senior or executive level capacity since 1989. He has held management, marketing and finance positions with industry leaders including Holiday Retirement Corp., Regent Assisted Living, Inc. and Health Resources, Inc. He has held numerous positions including Regional Manager; Regional Marketing Director; Corporate Marketing Director; Vice President of Operations; and, Chief Financial Officer. Greg is a third generation senior housing member in an owner/operator capacity. Mr. Roderick attended the University of Oregon. Matthew has been working in the senior housing industry since 1997 in human resources and operations management capacities. He previously worked for Regent Assisted Living, Inc. and Health Resources, Inc. He also has five years experience in the retail operations and human resources management field. Mr. Dunham is a graduate from the University of Montana with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing. Aliki joined Frontier Management in October 2017. She has over 20 years of Accounting and Finance experience with both public and private companies. Prior to joining Frontier Management, she was the Vice President of Accounting for Holiday Retirement. She has held various positions working for real estate companies Equity Office, LaSalle Hotel Properties, and Equity Residential Properties Trust. Aliki graduated from Valparaiso University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Kandice Alcorn, Vice President of Clinical Services Angela Doms, HR Manager Christmas VanDomelen, Risk & Compliance Manager
Kandice joined Frontier Management in April 2017. Kandice has been in the post-acute industry in many roles throughout her career. Prior to joining Frontier Management she was the Vice President of Clinical and Regulatory Monitoring for Formation Healthcare Group and worked in multiple roles for National Health Care for over 15 years. She graduated from Fort Hays State University in May 1993 with her BSN and will graduate from Benedictine University in May 2017 with her MSN. Angela joined Frontier Management in March 2015 and brings with her 14 years of HR experience. Prior to joining Frontier, Angela worked in the catalog/internet retail industry for seven years and also within class action & bankruptcy management. Angela graduated from Portland State University with a degree in Business Management and Human Resources Management and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Angela was born and raised in Eugene, Oregon and now resides with her family in West Linn. She enjoys outdoor activities, running and Duck football. Networking is her passion and encourages you to reach out to her if you are interested in a career with Frontier. Christmas joined Frontier Management in September of 2015. Prior to joining Frontier Management, Christmas received her Paralegal degree in 2013 and was working as a First Legal Supervisor at a local Portland law firm along with creating policies and procedures within the department. Born and raised in Oregon, Christmas enjoys spending her free time hiking with her 2 dogs and competing in dragon boat races all over the Pacific Northwest.

Andrew Brown joined Frontier Management in July 2016 and was promoted to the Purchasing and Projects Coordinator in March 2017. Prior to joining Frontier, Andrew received his Bachelor's degree in History with a minor in Communications from Oregon State University in 2014. Born and raised in Oregon, Andrew enjoys spending time exploring the Pacific Northwest looking for disk golf courses, fishing spots and good hiking trails. Elizabeth Simon joined Frontier Management as an Executive Director in November 2010 and was appointed Regional Director of Operations in February 2014. She began her career in senior care in 2002 at a memory care community and brings experience in operations management, marketing, direct care, and activities. Her compassion, empathy and dedication to Oregon's seniors has been tremendous. Elizabeth attended Oregon State University and is a certified Administrator in the state Oregon. Kristi Davis joined Frontier Management in September 2014. Prior to her Regional Director of Operations position Kristi served as the Health and Wellness Director, then as the Executive Director for another Frontier community in Iowa. She has a collaborative management style and leadership skills in all areas of assisted living, memory care and retirement operations. Kristi is a caring Registered Nurse with over 12 years of experience. She is a graduate of Indian Hills Community College, a Certified Administrator in the State of Iowa, and is currently working on her Board Certification in Gerontological Nursing. Kristi enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and daughters.
Letitia London, Regional Vice President Susan Sundell, Regional Vice President Kathleen Sharrar, Regional Vice President
Letitia London is a seasoned Operations Executive with several years of experience directing operations for organizations within the senior living and long term care industries. She brings a wealth of experience working with individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other memory impairments to her role as Regional Director of Operations. She has worked and volunteered with the Alzheimer's Association Western Washington as a committee organizational member of the Annual Caregivers Forum for many years, has facilitated support groups for families in the greater Seattle area, and provided Alzheimer's and dementia training for in-home care providers. She enjoys volunteering and making a difference where she can. Her favorite pastime is hanging out with her family. Letitia attended Washington State University, for pre-requisites, and holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Susan joined Frontier Management in June of 2016. She brings with her a wealth of management knowledge from 20+ years of Health Care experience. She is confident that her education, combined with her vast experience, will greatly benefit her communities in enhancing resident quality of life and employee satisfaction. Her commitment for the senior living industry is fed by her passion for honoring veterans. She also has a very personal devotion to the development of memory care programing. Susan's free time is filled with quilting, gardening and annual visits to her home away from home - Disneyland. Kathleen Sharrar joined Frontier Management in September 2015. She brings with her over 10 years of senior living experience in Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation, Memory Care, Assisted & Independent Living. Kathleen holds a Master's in Business Administration, a Bachelors in Management Information Systems and is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Oregon. Kathleen volunteers her time to the Southern Oregon Alzheimer's Organization, Girl & Boy Scouts of America, and numerous Southern Oregon Youth Sports and Scholastic organizations. Kathleen enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, cake decorating and karaoke.
Keith Spencer, Regional Vice President Becky Allison, Regional Vice President Justin Wray, Regional Vice President
Keith is an accomplished leader with more than 20 years of successful experience in healthcare and senior living serving in positions such as Regional Director of Operations, Director of Operations, Senior Operations Specialist, Executive Director and Nursing Home Administrator. Keith transitioned into senior living driven by a desire to serve the needs of seniors. His experience expands over all levels of operations including sales and marketing. Keith is known for his professional commitment, personal character and integrity, and his focused and energetic approach to customer service. His education, background and experience has allowed him to maximize the value of his respective portfolios through strong leadership and bottom line performance. Keith is married and has two children. In his free time, Keith enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his family. Becky joined Frontier Management in December 2016, and has held leadership positions in senior housing since 2008. She is an accomplished business executive with medical and health service experience spanning over 30 years. Becky holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration in Troy, Michigan. She's lives in Arizona with her Husband, and together they have 5 grown children who live all across the country. She enjoys reading, camping and cooking for friends and family. Justin Wray began his career in the senior living in 2006. In that time he has held Director of Sales and Marketing positions in Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing communities in Arizona. He is a very strong advocate for seniors. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University. He enjoys traveling with his wife and daughter, and being outdoors.

Shelbie Deuser joined Frontier Management in January 2013 as the Marketing Director of Aspen Ridge Retirement and was promoted to a Regional position in May 2015. Shelbie's marketing career started at Revera Inc, in 2009. In her previous experience, she ran successful operation in pharmaceutical sales and held a Real Estate license in the state of Utah. She is qualified to manage and oversee sponsorships, events, charitable contributions, marketing training and more. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, 2 sons and 3 grandsons. Kortney joined Frontier Management in July 2017, but she began her career in senior living in 2004. She has held numerous positions including Director of Sales, Regional Sales Specialist, Regional Director of Sales, and most recently Regional Marketing Director. Kortney is a third generation senior housing member, whose passion for serving seniors has always been cultivated. Kortney enjoys listening to resident's stories, spending time with her family, and traveling as much as possible. Shauna Shockley joined Frontier Management in February 2011. She was hired as the Marketing Director for Lake View Terrace Memory Care Residence and later promoted to Regional Marketing Director in February 2013. Shauna and her husband live on Orcas Island in Washington. They enjoy traveling together and visiting their three daughters and granddaughters in Los Angeles California, and Lake Havasu City Arizona. She holds a Real Estate Sales License from the Bohler Institute in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. She has acquired a diverse range of experience that has well prepared her for the duties and responsibilities required for the position of Regional Marketing Director. Shauna excels in planning and organizing events, fundraisers and community outreach programs.

Clinton joined Frontier Management in August 2017 as the Marketing & Operations Specialist for the Iowa/Illinois Region. His background includes roles as Executive Director, Operations Director, Director of Nutritional Services, food service management, and retail sales management. Clint holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education and finished his Master's Degree in May of 2014. While pursuing his Master's degree, Clint was a graduate assistant, teaching undergraduate courses. Clint is active within his community with organizations such as Market House Theatre, Paducah Vocal Arts, and various others. Jeremy Partlow joined Frontier Management in July 2017, as the Marketing and Operations Specialist for Texas. He began his career in the senior industry in 2002, spending much of his time as the Director of Marketing. He then continued to grow in his career and became an Executive Director for Independent, Assisted and Memory Care communities. Jeremy holds a Master's Degree in Education and an Associate's Degree in Business. During his free time, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. Stephanie Yancy joined Frontier Management in September 2017, but she began her career in senior living in 2004. She has held numerous positions including, Regional Sales Manager, Regional Operations Manager, Director of Marketing and currently Marketing & Operations Specialist in the California region. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Master's degree in Business Administration. A passion of Stephanie and her husband is pastoring a church and community outreach. She enjoys writing books, hiking, and traveling.

Micah Weston joined Frontier Management in August 2011 and was promoted to Social Media Coordinator in August 2017. He brings with him almost 10 years of healthcare experience and has held numerous management positions in assisted living and adult foster home settings including Marketing & Sales Director, Community Integration Specialist, and Care Coordinator. Micah was Frontier Management's Marketing Director of the Year in 2016. He enjoys sunny days, hiking with his husband and labradoodle, Harrison, writing music, and playing guitar. Sarah joined Frontier Management in August 2017 and brings with her a strong technical background. She started her career with Frontier as a HR & Compliance Assistant and was promoted to Marketing Coordinator. Prior to joining Frontier Management Sarah has worked in the technology industry as a customer service enthusiast helping promote customer engagement, satisfaction and sales through multiple social media platforms. Originally from the tropical state of Hawaii Sarah moved to Portland in 2014. She enjoys spending time with her border collie puppy Mahina, road trips and yoga. Peggy joins Frontier with over 20+ years of nursing experience in memory care, assisted living, skilled nursing, hospice and home health. She has also been a practical nursing instructor and a regional clinical educator. She has a B.S. in Nursing, an Associate Degree in Nursing, and a Practical Nursing Diploma. With her strong knowledge of all areas within long term care, she proves to be a wonderful resource and support for our communities. Peggy's personal interests include her family. She enjoys spending time with her husband and friends, and enjoys reading, travel and music.
Cindy Burrows, Quality Review Nurse Rex Bell, Quality Review Nurse Hayley Bemis, HR Specialist
Cindy Burrows joined our regional team in April 2016. Prior to her promotion she served as a Registered Staff Nurse/Director of Nursing in several hospitals and care centers in Illinois, California and Texas. She has extensive medical, professional and practical experience. Cindy is passionate about working with seniors, ensuring they live with dignity and with as much fun as possible for the human spirit. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Deaconess College of Nursing in St. Louis Missouri, and a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Southern Illinois University. Rex Bell joined Frontier Management in August 2015. He brings over 20 years of senior housing, long term care and home health experience. Most recently his experience has been dedicated to Assisted Living in regional and divisional roles. Rex is the son of a career Air Force father affording him the opportunity to travel the world. His favorite travel destination is the beach. He holds an Associate's degree in Nursing from the University of South Carolina-Aiken. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, traveling, all outdoor activities. Hayley joined Frontier Management in January 2018. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Prior to joining Frontier, she worked for the YMCA of Columbia-Willamette's Human Resources Department as their Compliance Specialist. Hayley has a passion to travel the world as time, and budget, permits. In fall 2016, Hayley had the opportunity to study abroad on an exchange program in Murcia, Spain for four months while studying Business Administration. In her free time, she enjoys attending Blazer and Timber's games, outdoor activities, and exploring new restaurants with family and friends. Suggestions welcomed!
