Greg has worked in the senior housing industry at senior or executive level capacity since 1989. He has held management, marketing and finance positions with industry leaders including Holiday Retirement Corp., Regent Assisted Living, Inc. and Health Resources, Inc. He has held numerous positions including Regional Manager; Regional Marketing Director; Corporate Marketing Director; Vice President of Operations; and, Chief Financial Officer. Greg is a third generation senior housing member in an owner/operator capacity. Mr. Roderick attended the University of Oregon. Pat joined Frontier Management in September, 2015. She began her career in public accounting with Deloitte, where she specialized in auditing. Since moving to industry, Pat has held executive positions in finance, accounting and tax, treasury, internal auditing and information technology. She has served on the Board of Directors of numerous charitable organizations, as well as the Board of the Oregon Public Employees Retirement System. Pat holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Oregon State University, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Colleen joined Frontier Management, LLC in December 2010. She has worked in the senior housing industry since 1998. Prior to joining Frontier Management, LLC, she held the Executive Director position in assisted living, memory care, and retirement communities in Oregon, California, and Tennessee. Colleen holds a Nursing degree from University of Memphis and is a licensed Administrator in Oregon and California.
William Swearingen, Vice President, Marketing and Sales Matthew Dunham, Human Resources Director Angela Doms, Sr HR Generalist
William joined Frontier Management in May 2010. He began his career in senior housing in 1993 where he held Director of Marketing and Sales positions for prominent retirement, assisted living, and skilled nursing organizations in Washington State. During his career he advanced to corporate leadership positions where he developed training protocol, ad campaigns, market position strategies and has a strong track record of developing and mentoring successful marketing and sales teams. William holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from University of Oklahoma , Norman, Oklahoma. Matthew has been working in the senior housing industry since 1997 in human resources and operations management capacities. He previously worked for Regent Assisted Living, Inc. and Health Resources, Inc. He also has five years experience in the retail operations and human resources management field. Mr. Dunham is a graduate from the University of Montana with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing. Angela joined Frontier Management in March 2015 and brings with her 14 years of HR experience. Prior to joining Frontier, Angela worked in the catalog/internet retail industry for seven years and also within class action & bankruptcy management. Angela graduated from Portland State University with a degree in Business Management and Human Resources Management and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Angela was born and raised in Eugene, Oregon and now resides with her family in West Linn. She enjoys outdoor activities, running and Duck football. James joined Frontier Management in October 2015. He graduated from Portland State University in 2013 with a degree in Business Management and Human Resource Management. Prior to joining Frontier Management, James has worked in Human Resources for the automotive manufacturing industry along with interning for several tech startups. In his free time, James enjoys going on hikes, spending time with his family and friends, and trying different restaurants with his friends. Brittany joined Frontier Management in March 2013. Prior to joining Frontier she was a Kindergarten teacher in Sherwood, OR. Brittany also worked as Head Teacher for a learning center in Newberg, OR. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Writing Literature from George Fox University in Newberg, OR. Christmas joined Frontier Management in September of 2015. Prior to joining Frontier Management, Christmas received her Paralegal degree in 2013 and was working as a First Legal Supervisor at a local Portland law firm along with creating policies and procedures within the department. Born and raised in Oregon, Christmas enjoys spending her free time hiking with her 2 dogs and competing in dragon boat races all over the Pacific Northwest.

Elizabeth Simon joined Frontier Management as an Executive Director in November 2010 and was appointed Regional Director of Operations in February 2014. She began her career in senior care in 2002 at a memory care community and brings experience in operations management, marketing, direct care, and activities. Her compassion, empathy and dedication to Oregon's seniors has been tremendous. Elizabeth attended Oregon State University and is a certified Administrator in the state Oregon. Kristi Davis joined Frontier Management in September 2014. Prior to her Regional Director of Operations position Kristi served as the Health and Wellness Director, then as the Executive Director for another Frontier community in Iowa. She has a collaborative management style and leadership skills in all areas of assisted living, memory care and retirement operations. Kristi is a caring Registered Nurse with over 12 years of experience. She is a graduate of Indian Hills Community College, a Certified Administrator in the State of Iowa, and is currently working on her Board Certification in Gerontological Nursing. Kristi enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and daughters. Letitia London is a seasoned Operations Executive with several years of experience directing operations for organizations within the senior living and long term care industries. She brings a wealth of experience working with individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other memory impairments to her role as Regional Director of Operations. She has worked and volunteered with the Alzheimer's Association Western Washington as a committee organizational member of the Annual Caregivers Forum for many years, has facilitated support groups for families in the greater Seattle area, and provided Alzheimer's and dementia training for in-home care providers. She enjoys volunteering and making a difference where she can. Her favorite pastime is hanging out with her family. Letitia attended Washington State University, for pre-requisites, and holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

Cindy joined Frontier Management in April 2015. She is a seasoned health care professional with more than 20 years' experience in management including senior housing, hospice, and senior service programs. A passionate team leader, she believes the consistent delivery of exceptional customer service through well-developed, motivated, and tenured employee teams creates the best care giving environment. A native of Kentucky, Cindy earned a B.A. in Psychology, and a Master's degree in gerontology and social work from the University of Louisville. Susan joined Frontier Management in June of 2016. She brings with her a wealth of management knowledge from 20+ years of Health Care experience. She is confident that her education, combined with her vast experience, will greatly benefit her communities in enhancing resident quality of life and employee satisfaction. Her commitment for the senior living industry is fed by her passion for honoring veterans. She also has a very personal devotion to the development of memory care programing. Susan's free time is filled with quilting, gardening and annual visits to her home away from home - Disneyland. Kathleen Sharrar joined Frontier Management in September 2015. She brings with her over 10 years of senior living experience in Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation, Memory Care, Assisted & Independent Living. Kathleen holds a Master's in Business Administration, a Bachelors in Management Information Systems and is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Oregon. Kathleen volunteers her time to the Southern Oregon Alzheimer's Organization, Girl & Boy Scouts of America, and numerous Southern Oregon Youth Sports and Scholastic organizations. Kathleen enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, cake decorating and karaoke.

Keith is an accomplished leader with more than 20 years of successful experience in healthcare and senior living serving in positions such as Regional Director of Operations, Director of Operations, Senior Operations Specialist, Executive Director and Nursing Home Administrator. Keith transitioned into senior living driven by a desire to serve the needs of seniors. His experience expands over all levels of operations including sales and marketing. Keith is known for his professional commitment, personal character and integrity, and his focused and energetic approach to customer service. His education, background and experience has allowed him to maximize the value of his respective portfolios through strong leadership and bottom line performance. Keith is married and has two children. In his free time, Keith enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his family. Becky joined Frontier Management in December 2016, and has held leadership positions in senior housing since 2008. She is an accomplished business executive with medical and health service experience spanning over 30 years. Becky holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration in Troy, Michigan. She's lives in Arizona with her Husband, and together they have 5 grown children who live all across the country. She enjoys reading, camping and cooking for friends and family. Justin Wray began his career in the senior living in 2006. In that time he has held Director of Sales and Marketing positions in Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing communities in Arizona. He is a very strong advocate for seniors. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University. He enjoys traveling with his wife and daughter, and being outdoors.

Shelbie Deuser joined Frontier Management in January 2013 as the Marketing Director of Aspen Ridge Retirement and was promoted to a Regional position in May 2015. Shelbie's marketing career started at Revera Inc, in 2009. In her previous experience, she ran successful operation in pharmaceutical sales and held a Real Estate license in the state of Utah. She is qualified to manage and oversee sponsorships, events, charitable contributions, marketing training and more. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, 2 sons and 3 grandsons. Wesley Whittemore joined Frontier Management as a Regional Marketing Director in October 2016. Wesley Graduated from National University with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. Wesley brings eight years of experience in the senior housing industry to Frontier, He has held various positions working for Independent, Assisted living, Memory care Communities and Hospice agencies. Wesley thoroughly enjoys working with families to find solutions for their loved ones and thrives on developing sales teams to reach their maximum potential. His favorite pass times are taking long bike rides and gardening. A true Southern Gentleman at heart, John Michael joined the Frontier family in December 2016. His experience runs the gamut from Ballroom Dancing to Publishing, and Acrobatic Arts to Healthcare, and even Fitness Instructor to Writer. His eclectic experience goes hand-in-hand with his engaging personality, and he is excited to be with Frontier as the Regional Marketing Director for the South Carolina region. He is a dedicated, hard-working, and tenacious leader, who is a firm believer in taking the road less traveled and thinking outside of the box. He looks forward to not only sharing his knowledge and experience, but empowering the team in the South Carolina region to strive for greatness.

Shauna Shockley joined Frontier Management in February 2011. She was hired as the Marketing Director for Lake View Terrace Memory Care Residence and later promoted to Regional Marketing Director in February 2013. Shauna and her husband live on Orcas Island in Washington. They enjoy traveling together and visiting their three daughters and granddaughters in Los Angeles California, and Lake Havasu City Arizona. She holds a Real Estate Sales License from the Bohler Institute in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. She has acquired a diverse range of experience that has well prepared her for the duties and responsibilities required for the position of Regional Marketing Director. Shauna excels in planning and organizing events, fundraisers and community outreach programs. Karen Gaines joined Frontier Management in October of 2015. She brings several years of experience in senior housing management and resident relations, most recently as the Sales and Marketing Director in Las Vegas, Nevada. In January 2015 she relocated to Texas where she held the same role in Plano, Texas. The move put her to be closer to her family. Prior to entering the Senior Housing Industry, Karen was a licensed real estate agent in the state of Nevada. She focused her twenty-two-year career in New Home Sale, specializing in the luxury market of Las Vegas. Karen is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. She attended Louisiana State University and University of Louisiana at Lafayette where her studies focused on Marketing and Business. Stephanie joined Frontier Management in January 2016 after transferring from ALF Software Solutions where she experienced great success as Social Media Coordinator. Stephanie concentrated her college studies in social and digital media. She graduated with honors from Oregon State University in June 2015 with a B.A in Digital Communications and a minor in Spanish. At OSU, Stephanie was a News Anchor for the student-led news station, and also served as VP Communications for her sorority. Stephanie enjoys cheering for the Portland Trail Blazers, spending time with family and friends, and of course, keeping up with the latest social media trends.

Peggy joins Frontier with over 20+ years of nursing experience in memory care, assisted living, skilled nursing, hospice and home health. She has also been a practical nursing instructor and a regional clinical educator. She has a B.S. in Nursing, an Associate Degree in Nursing, and a Practical Nursing Diploma. With her strong knowledge of all areas within long term care, she proves to be a wonderful resource and support for our communities. Peggy's personal interests include her family. She enjoys spending time with her husband and friends, and enjoys reading, travel and music. Cindy Burrows joined our regional team in April 2016. Prior to her promotion she served as a Registered Staff Nurse/Director of Nursing in several hospitals and care centers in Illinois, California and Texas. She has extensive medical, professional and practical experience. Cindy is passionate about working with seniors, ensuring they live with dignity and with as much fun as possible for the human spirit. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Deaconess College of Nursing in St. Louis Missouri, and a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Southern Illinois University. Rex Bell joined Frontier Management in August 2015. He brings over 20 years of senior housing, long term care and home health experience. Most recently his experience has been dedicated to Assisted Living in regional and divisional roles. Rex is the son of a career Air Force father affording him the opportunity to travel the world. His favorite travel destination is the beach. He holds an Associate's degree in Nursing from the University of South Carolina-Aiken. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, traveling, all outdoor activities.

Catherine Schindler joined Frontier Management in October 2015. She holds a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing. Catherine is proficient with professional nursing theory and practice, and brings several years of experience in senior housing management. Her ultimate goal is to enhance care and satisfaction for residents. She is inspired by her family and enjoys their company. Lisa Henry joined Frontier Management in 2015 as the Health Services Director of Gilman Park Assisted Living and she was promoted to a Regional position in June 2016. She earned her LPN in 1983, and a Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Texas in August 1990. She brings 33 years of extensive clinical nursing and management experience to her role. Lisa's professional goal is to provide exceptional quality of care and advocacy to our seniors, while promoting a lifestyle of dignity, respect, and individuality. Lisa enjoys traveling and outdoor sports like recreational scuba diving. Julie joined Frontier Management in July 2015. She brings several years of experience in senior housing and resident relations, most recently as the Life Enrichment Coordinator of another Frontier Community. With over two decades of experience in senior care, Julie's compassion, empathy and dedication to Texas' seniors has been tremendous. Julie holds a certification in Montessori-Inspired Lifestyle as a provider and trainer. She enjoys inspiring others to develop enriching cultures in senior living communities. Her passions include, spending time with her family, music, holistic living and learning everything she can.
