Dan joined Frontier Management in March 2014. He possesses strong commitment to a team environment with the ability to contribute expertise and follow leadership directives at appropriate times. Dan holds a Post-Baccalaureate Accounting Certificate and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Law from Portland State University. Susan joined Frontier Management in April, 2015 and has over 25 years' experience in Accounting and Management. She has worked in many different industries including construction, manufacturing and teaching at the University of Phoenix. Susan holds a BA in Organizational Communication from Marylhurst University, and a MBA and DBA from the University of Phoenix. Sharon joined Frontier Management in February 2017. Her background is exclusively in healthcare accounting for private and publicly traded companies, and she has held various accounting positions over the years. Sharon has experience working in corporate offices as well as field experience so she has a well-rounded view of healthcare from the operations and financial standpoints. She obtained her BBA in Finance from the University of Texas in Arlington and also earned her Masters of Healthcare Administration from the same school. She believes in the servant leadership philosophies and strives to lead by example; she is always helping others in a strong team environment.

Charity joined Frontier Management in August 2004 after earning her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration - Accounting from Oregon State University. In August of 2005, she became the Health Care Staff Accountant for skilled nursing facilities. Prior to working at Frontier Management she worked as a Travel Agent while attending college. Kim joined Frontier Management in April 2008 as a staff accountant. Kim earned a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages from Portland State. Prior to joining Frontier, Kim worked in the Property Management industry for thirteen years. Michelle joined Frontier Management in March 2008. Prior to working as one of our staff accountants, she has held the position of Business Office Manager in Portland and various administrative positions for the city of Aspen, Colorado.

Dawn joined Frontier Management in September 2011. Prior to joining Frontier Management, she was the owner/operator of a resort in Washington State as well as a bookkeeper for an independent grocer in the Portland area. Amanda joined Frontier Management in August 2012. Prior to joining Frontier, she held accounting and office positions in the Portland area. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Finance and a minor in Public Policy and Administration from Western Oregon University, Monmouth, Oregon. Agnes joined Frontier Management in December 2013. Prior to joining Frontier Management Agnes has held similar positions in accounting. She is highly motivated, a self-starter with the ability to work independently or as a team member, and has bi-lingual skills in English and German. Agnes holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Accounting, from Portland Community College.

Kasey joined Frontier Management in December 2013. She is a skilled Accounts Payable Professional with multiple years of experience. Prior to joining Frontier, she held an accounting position with a family owned grocery store as the Accounts Payable Manager. Kasey has strong organizational skills, independent works skills, and excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Leland joined Frontier Management in October 2014. His experience includes effective accounting duties, analyzing vendor invoices for accuracy, and research. In his previous experience he was crossed trained for all cost accounting roles with a property management company. He's a chef at heart and enjoys cooking both American and International Cuisine dishes. Gladys Elliot is an animal loving, beach going spirit. She joined Frontier Management in June 2014. Prior to joining Frontier, she held various accounting and office positions in Portland, OR and Phoenix, AZ. She possesses strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to make well thought out decisions.

Jodi Johnson joined Frontier in July 2014. She has 10+ years' experience in Property Accounting including accounts payable and receivable, financial statement preparation, reconciliations and fixed assets. She holds a BS in Art from UW and PostBac Accounting Certification from PSU. Jodi is an active volunteer for many organizations, including Animal Shelters, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and Children's Cancer Association Chemo Pal Program. She enjoys reading and her pets. Keri Eisal joined Frontier Management in July 2014 as a Staff Accountant. Prior to joining Frontier Management, she worked as a Staff Accountant in the Automotive Industry and an AP Specialist in customer relationship management. Keri brings her excellence in customer service and her attention to detail. She holds a Bachelors of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Eastern Oregon University. Sharon joined Frontier Management in May 2015. She has over 10 years of AP experience, and enjoys vendor relationships. She is an Oregon native, who loves to travel the world. She lived in Norway for 5 years, and can read, write and speak Norwegian. Sharon studied Scandinavian literature at the University of Oregon.

Denise Hammann joined Frontier Management in July 2015 as a Staff Accountant. Prior to joining Frontier Management she gained AP and Bank Reconciliation experience working in the petroleum industry. She is from Oklahoma City, OK and moved to Portland in 2015. Denise holds a BA in Public Relations/Journalism from the University of Central Oklahoma. Prior to joining Frontier Management in 2016, Kim worked in a Frontier-managed community, gaining experience in diverse array of roles, ranging from Caregiver, to Med Tech, to most recently, Business Office Manager. Drawing on 13 years of experience in senior care, Kim now focuses mainly on Payables, Accounts Receivable and Resident Accounts. She studied at Linn-Benton Community College and majored in Early Childhood Education. Kim married her high school sweetheart, and together they are parents to Coco, a Pomeranian Chihuahua mix. Her hobbies include adult coloring, knitting, crocheting and going to the movies. Lauren Beyer joined Frontier Management in April 2016 as a Staff Accountant. She has over five years of accounting experience, and loves working with numbers. Prior to Frontier, she was an accountant for a commercial property management company in Portland, OR, as well as in Vancouver, WA. Lauren grew up in Vancouver, but loves adventuring to other parts of our country. Lauren and her husband spent a year on the road after their wedding exploring the US. With all of her travels, she has been to every state except Arkansas, but hopes to go there soon. She's also been to Mexico and Canada. In her spare time, she enjoys relaxing with her husband and dogs, participating in outdoor activities, and traveling.

Lydia joined Frontier Management in July 2016 as a Staff Accountant. Prior to joining the Frontier Management team, she worked for a growing Credit Union in Eugene, OR. Lydia is currently earning her Associates in Accounting from Portland Community College and is expecting to graduate in 2017. Lydia enjoys spending time with family and dog. Brian joins Frontier after 29 years in the food distribution and manufacturing industry where he worked in accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll. He has been through several payroll and time system implementations and enjoys the challenges associated with both. He is a process and procedures driven supervisor who values input from his team members. Brian recently relocated back to Oregon after spending several years in Denver. Ed joined Frontier Management in July 2016 and has over 25 years of combined experience in the accounting and human resources field. He has past experience working for various companies in the high tech industry. Ed holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from San Jose State University in California. Ed is an active volunteer and serves on the board of the Tualatin Riverkeepers and Imagine Possibilities, Inc. In his free time, he enjoys kayaking, camping, biking, other outdoor activities and watching sports.

Matt Davis joined Frontier Management in October 2015. He brings many years of experience in payroll, most recently as a payroll accountant for a telecom company. He also enjoys customer relationships. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Organizational Leadership degree from George Fox University. He is currently enrolled in the Master of Science in Accounting program at Liberty University. Matt enjoys spending his free time camping, and going to the Oregon coast with his wife and two children. Barbara joined Frontier Management in June 2015 after transferring from a sister community where she experienced great success. Over the last 25 years she developed a strong reputation for organizing and streamlining payables and receivables. In addition to managing accounting services, she has 13 years of property management experience. Barbara loves animals, nature, crafting and spending time at the Oregon Coast. Karen Engelke joins Frontier Management as a Payroll Accountant. With over 20 years of experience in all aspects of financial forecasting, resource allocation, fund management, account and control, Karen will be a welcomed addition to our Payroll department. In February 2009, she became a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. ACFE supports her and her career by providing her with the training to prevent and detect fraud. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Linfield College. Her personal interests include spending time with her cats, stitching, music and traveling.
