History

Founded in 2000, Frontier Management was created to provide outstanding management services to the seniors housing industry. Specializing in active retirement, assisted living and memory care communities, Frontier has a footprint spanning the nation with more than 90 locations and over 8,000 apartments.

CREATING AN ATMOSPHERE OF SUCCESS

Our Frontier Culture is something that we have diligently strived to advance and strengthen for over 20 years. We believe in proper on-boarding, New Employee Orientation that is fun and conducted by all Team Leaders, and a lounge that is stocked, clean, and free from walkie-talkies or pagers. We train frequently, promote skills development, and build confidence. We are timely with performance appraisals and remember anniversaries and birthdays. This is a Frontier Family, after all.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE DELIVERY

Hospitality has entered the senior housing profession. We take extra effort in showcasing our programs and services. This means knocking on the door of an apartment and seeking permission to enter, making sure phones are answered with utmost courtesy and respect, and serving meals that aren’t just delicious, but beautiful too. Hospitality should inform how we fold and hang the bath towels, how we assist with personal hygiene, and how we engage seniors with SPARK activities. We embrace a hospitality mindset.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

We collect rent timely, deposit it immediately, and charge the correct level of care. We do not give away care or rent. We grow revenue through higher occupancy. Just as important, we manage our labor hours, overtime responsibility takes real leadership. and use of agency staffing. Financial responsibility takes real leadership.

GROWING OUR OCCUPANCY

We are Open House Ready at all times. We employ our discovery method, Sit-Tour-Sit, to learn, show, and close each tour. We always ask for the business. We are here to change and improve lives. We follow up on leads by using all the tools in our marketing toolkit. We contact our community partners frequently as they are gatekeepers to new prospects. Our model apartment homes are absolutely perfect and they appeal to the adult child decision-maker. This is a Team effort – not the job of one.

HONORING OUR LICENSE

Every morning, immediately following the Stand Up Meeting, all team leaders invest in 15-minutes of compliance. Being survey ready is our standard. Chemicals locked, documentation consistent, service plans current, and team members trained. Our Survey Binder is current and we adhere to all rules and regulations. This is key to our success.
