We believe in creating a safe, supportive, and resident-centered environment. Our services are designed to meet our residents’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our skilled professional staff works with residents to assess their needs and provide the best care. Our residents are given individual care plans updated regularly, and we frequently communicate with family when any change in health occurs. Our experienced and compassionate staff are committed to the highest level of compassionate care.

The Preserve at Spring Creek offers four (4) specific living arrangements:

• Cottage Living at The Preserve: The Preserve at Spring Creek is pleased to offer a full community of Cottages for 55+ active adult living.  This community offers 1200+ square foot, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, fully appointed kitchens, garage, and spacious living space along with in-home laundry and outdoor spaces in each Cottage. A dedicated Clubhouse will offer dining venues, fitness center, living room and more.  A swimming pool, outdoor amphitheater, pickleball courts and gardening opportunities will also be available.  One meal each day is included in the monthly rate, as well as utilities (except telephone and extended cable television).
• Retirement Living Apartment Homes: Located in the lodge-style community, our Retirement living apartment homes will offer multiple floor plans from Suites to large one-bedrooms and even larger, two-bedroom apartment homes.  The level of detail will excite and delight all residents, but what is most exciting are the amenity-rich feature of the living spaces.  These include fitness spaces (i.e., exercise and weight rooms, mindful studio and swimming pool), the Lobby Bar, multiple dining venues, outdoor living spaces, the corner market and so much more.  Three meals each day are included in the monthly rate, as well as utilities (except telephone and extended cable television).
• Elegant Assisted Living: Single story and home-like living with a level of distinction, assisted living is retirement living but with as much or as little supportive needs with your activities of daily living (i.e., dressing, bathing, personal hygiene, and more).  Our 24-hour dedicated, and empathetic team of care professionals are eager to become an extension of your family and to provide person-centered and individual care, according to a multi-disciplinary crafted care plan.  Three meals each day are included in the monthly rate, as well as utilities (except telephone and extended cable television).  We offer Suites, One Bedroom and Two Bedroom apartment homes in our elegant assisted living community.
• Dignified Memory Care Living: A very carefully designed and crafted home-like setting with outdoor opportunities, a lovely living and dining room, walking paths and our SPARK life enrichment program (based upon Montessori Inspired elements) awaits those living with Alzheimer’s disease and other related forms of dementia.  We assist with services to support your loved-one’s activities of daily living (i.e., dressing, bathing, personal hygiene, and more).  Our 24-hour dedicated, and empathetic team of care professionals are eager to become an extension of your family and to provide person-centered and individual care, according to a multi-disciplinary crafted care plan.  Three meals, and routine snacks, each day are included in the monthly rate, as well as utilities (except telephone and extended cable television).  All apartments are private Suites.

The Preserve at Spring Creek community offers excellent amenities and comfortable living and dining accommodations. Rooms are spacious and designed for accessibility. Our campus features multiple indoor and outdoor restaurant dining venues, swimming pools, multiple fitness centers, beauty salons, billiards room, theaters and much more. Plus, visiting healthcare professional and supportive health providers to assist our residents in their evolving needs.

At the Preserve at Spring Creek community, we believe in offering a unique blend of hospitality services and community engagement including housekeeping, scheduled transportation, and exciting programs on-site and off. The Preserve at Spring Creek staff strives to create a supportive, engaging, and active environment. Our life enrichment programming has been crafted to meet many needs and familiar wants including gardening, exercise, religious and other activities to engage and involve people. SPARK® is a research-based program inspired by the teachings and research of Maria Montessori and Dr. Cameron Camp, which focuses on giving residents meaningful ways to feel needed and be productive. We use tailor-fit assessment tools to evaluate each resident’s capabilities and strengths, so the program can best meet their specific needs.
