With a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience, Diana brings both operational expertise and a strong clinical foundation to her role. Her background in neuroscience provides a deep understanding of disease processes such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s, allowing her to thoughtfully guide individualized care and support meaningful quality of life for residents.
As a Certified Dementia Practitioner, Diana has specialized insight into the unique needs of memory care residents, ensuring care models, environments, and team education are aligned with best practices and dignity-focused care.
