About The Village at Heritage Park

The Village at Heritage Park, located in Natomas within the Northwest Sacramento area, is a senior living community designed to provide exceptional, personally-tailored care to residents.

Whether you’re interested in Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care, our staff is happy to accommodate. Beyond those three services, our staff is happy to accommodate services specifically tailored to you and your needs.

When your loved one moves into The Village, they’ll see the difference for themselves. Our staff provides an immersive, engaging experience for residents through our award-winning SPARK program. We believe in four keys to a life well-lived: Community Contribution, Inclusion & Belonging, Lifelong Learning, and Purpose. Everything we do works toward making these lifestyle features a reality for our residents.

In addition to our award-winning SPARK program, residents have access to an exciting and jam-packed social calendar. We offer outings for residents to run errands at the grocery stores, libraries, banks, and pharmacies.

Within the community, residents have their voices heard through monthly resident council meetings, monthly meetings with dining chefs, and monthly town hall meetings with management.

Finally, wellness remains an essential aspect of our day-to-day life. Daily group exercise programs and daily walks are available to every resident. We also feature onsite physical, occupational, and speech therapy.

We believe your or your loved one’s experience in our community should be enjoyable and purposeful. Schedule a consultation with a Village at Heritage Park representative today to see the community’s magic yourself!

Religion is essential to many of our staff and residents – and we’re happy to welcome all denominations. We offer dedicated space for various services, gatherings, and other interests to review, read, sing, discuss, or otherwise fulfill your desire to seek or pursue a warm and familiar experience.

The staff is great. The facility is very new, clean, and beautiful. The atmosphere is wonderful and very homey. My mother has a bedroom and a very large bathroom for wheelchairs to maneuver in, large wheel-in showers, and big windows for light to come in.
